These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyCred platform operated by FLUXCAP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

To use EasyCred services, you must:

  • Be a resident of India aged 18 years or above.
  • Possess a valid PAN card and Aadhaar card.
  • Have a valid bank account in your name.
  • Not be declared bankrupt or insolvent by any competent court.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested.

2. Nature of Services

EasyCred is a loan aggregation and comparison platform. We are not a lender, bank, or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). We facilitate the connection between borrowers and our registered lending partners. All loan products, interest rates, terms, and disbursements are determined and offered solely by the respective lending partners in compliance with RBI regulations.

3. User Obligations

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in all applications and communications.
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

4. Loan Application Process

When you submit a loan application through EasyCred, your information is shared with one or more lending partners for assessment. Approval, rejection, or modification of loan terms is at the sole discretion of the lending partner. EasyCred does not guarantee loan approval or specific terms. Any loan agreement is between you and the lending partner directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, algorithms, and design elements on the EasyCred platform are the intellectual property of FLUXCAP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLUXCAP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our platform.
  • Actions, decisions, or terms imposed by lending partners.
  • Service interruptions, technical failures, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any reliance on information provided on the platform, which is for general informational purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services. Interest rates, loan amounts, and eligibility criteria displayed are indicative and subject to change by lending partners.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLUXCAP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
