This consent is a prerequisite to evaluating your loan eligibility and facilitating loan offers from our lending partners.
2. Information Sharing with Lenders
You authorize EASYCRED to share all data entered during the application process—including but not limited to your Name, Mobile Number, PAN, Date of Birth, Gender, Email Address, Employment details, and Income figures—with our partner RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Banks.
These partner lenders will use this data solely for the purpose of credit evaluation, underwriting, KYC verification, and processing your loan application.
3. Credit Information Report Consent
You explicitly authorize EASYCRED and its partner lending institutions to fetch, retrieve, and verify your Credit Information Report (CIR) from authorized Credit Information Companies (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF High Mark) to evaluate your credit worthiness.
4. Data Security & Storage
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. We adhere to strict data security standards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
5. Revocation of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent for processing your personal data at any time by writing to our compliance team at compliance@easycred.co.in. Please note that withdrawing your consent may lead to the suspension or termination of your active loan applications.
