Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing refunds and cancellations for services provided by FLUXCAP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED ("EasyCred", "we", "us", or "our") through the platform available at www.easycred.co.in.

1. Nature of Services

EasyCred operates as a loan aggregation platform connecting borrowers with lending partners. Our core matching and comparison services are provided free of charge to borrowers. Where applicable, we may charge nominal convenience or processing fees for premium services, which will be clearly disclosed before payment.

2. Loan Application Cancellation

You may cancel a loan application at any time before the loan is disbursed by the lending partner. To cancel, contact us at compliance@easycred.co.in with your application reference number. Please note:

  • Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days.
  • Once a loan is disbursed by the lending partner, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the lending partner's agreement with you.
  • EasyCred is not responsible for any processing fees charged by the lending partner prior to cancellation.

3. Refund of Service Fees

If you have paid any service or convenience fee to EasyCred, refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Service Not Rendered: If EasyCred fails to provide the service for which payment was made, a full refund will be issued.
  • Technical Error: If a payment is debited due to a technical issue without a corresponding service, the amount will be refunded.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date by emailing compliance@easycred.co.in with your payment receipt and details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval and credited to the original payment method.
  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Fees charged by lending partners (processing fees, verification fees, etc.) — these are governed by your agreement with the respective lender.
  • Credit report or bureau access fees, once the report has been generated.
  • Services that have been fully rendered as described.

6. Lending Partner Refunds

For refunds related to loan products (such as pre-closure, early repayment, or excess EMI), please contact the lending partner directly. EasyCred can assist in facilitating communication but is not liable for refund decisions made by lending partners. All lending partner refund policies comply with RBI guidelines on fair lending practices.
